Jon Ferguson is a realtor and film & theater maker. He is deeply caring, creative, and intuitive. His work in the arts (as a director, maker, and educator) has fine-tuned his natural skills as a collaborator, mentor, and negotiator. He prides himself on his ability to create and cultivate relationships that are open, enjoyable, and cooperative. Jon is deeply passionate about design, architecture, place, and community. He believes that art and craft are everywhere and should be sought out, cultivated, protected and innovated. He is passionate about helping people build wealth and financial security through homeownership and assisting people on their journey of finding their way home – a place completely theirs.
Jon was born in the Northeast of England and grew up in The Cayman Islands and South Florida. He has lived in London, Cambridge, Bath, Bristol and Durham England but currently resides in Windom Park in Northeast Minneapolis (the longest in any location) with his wife and two children. He continues to write, produce, and direct theater and film in the Twin Cities and further afield.
