COVID-19

These are difficult days. The world is rapidly changing and the ways in which we live and work are being challenged. We have had many clients decide to wait to make a move, choosing to list and buy at a later date – and we support that. However, regardless of the pandemic, many other people still need to buy and sell homes, now. The market is still strong and thanks to the care and expertise of our agents, we are able to represent our clients successfully with minor shifts in the way we work.

Our ethos has always been to work hard and put people first. Which is why we are taking this pandemic seriously – taking extreme caution and following all recommendations from the CDC, our governor and the St Paul Association of Realtors.

  • All of our agents are wearing masks, gloves, and using hand sanitizer during showings. We are also doing previews of showings via Facetime or other video offerings to minimize the amount of people inside of homes.
  • When showing homes, appointments are scheduled in 30 minute increments and only one party is allowed into a home at a time. We recommend wearing gloves and face masks and having sanitizer in your car.
  • All documents can be signed electronically and we can discuss offers, counter offers, and inspection findings via video conferencing to continue to educate and ensure that you understand everything you’re signing.
  • When selling homes, we are offering video tours and virtual open houses to still expose your home to as many people as possible.
  • We are staying up-to-date with financing changes and work closely with loan officers to ensure we are strategizing and getting you the best deal possible.
  • We are working with title companies to pre-sign and even do curb-side closings.
  • Our team is able to continue to market your home digitally as well as with mailers, personally phone calls and emails to agents in our office, and across the Twin Cities and Western Wisconsin.
